All embroidery files are sold as digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

You are not permitted to share, resell, or distribute the digital files in any form.
Modifying the files does not transfer ownership or remove restrictions on redistribution.
3. File Delivery
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a link to download the files. This link will also be sent to your registered email.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the file is found to be defective. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for support.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of our files with incompatible software, embroidery machines, or hardware.
